At Linuow, we believe that providing high-quality household gear requires a lean and intentional approach. As a specialized startup team of fewer than five people, we personally oversee a direct-fulfillment model that brings clever tools straight from our production partners to your living space. This small-scale, direct method allows us to maintain fair pricing by stripping away traditional retail overhead.
1. Tracking Your Home Gear
Once your package is prepared at our fulfillment hub, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you containing a unique tracking number.
- Update Timeline: Please allow approximately 1 business day for tracking data to become active once the label is created.
- Transit Assurance: Even if the information doesn't refresh instantly, your order is safely on its way to your home.
2. Regional Delivery Schedules
Because we utilize global fulfillment hubs to save you money, transit times are determined by your destination. Please note these are estimated windows for safe delivery of your gear:

3. Transparent Shipping Fees
Our small team handles every order with the same care. To keep things simple, we apply a consistent flat rate:
- Standard Flat Rate: $5.99 on all orders, regardless of how many home essentials you purchase or where they are going.
4. International Import & Customs
For shipments traveling across borders, items are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Customer Responsibility: Any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your regional government are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Clearance Delays: Linuow is not liable for delays caused by local customs processing procedures.
5. Order Edits & Protection Policy
Because our tiny team moves quickly to get orders out, we have a specific window for modifications:
- Cancellations & Address Changes: Please email service@linuow.com within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, we cannot alter the shipment.
- Damaged Arrivals: If your gear arrives in poor condition, send a photo to our support team within 72 hours so we can arrange a replacement.
- Lost Packages: If a carrier confirms a package is lost in transit, we will send a new one at no extra cost.
