At Linuow, we want every tool in your home to work exactly as promised. Because we are a startup team of fewer than five members, we don’t use automated systems for support. Instead, we handle every inquiry personally to give you the direct attention your household needs.

🚨 Reporting Issues (Damages or Defects)

Please check your items immediately upon arrival. If a product arrives with a defect, is damaged during transit, or is simply the wrong item, reach out to us at service@linuow.com right away. As a small and agile team, we can move quickly to evaluate the problem and ship a replacement to keep your home projects on track.

🗓️ Our 60-Day Return Window

We provide a 60-day return policy, which starts from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The household item must remain in its original condition.
  • The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging.
  • You must include all original tags, inserts, and accessories.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase from linuow.com is required.

🛠️ How to Process a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email our support team at service@linuow.com to initiate the request.
  2. Authorization: If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and specific instructions on how to send the package.
  3. Important Note: We cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return authorization.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain high hygiene standards for our customers, certain items are excluded from our return policy:

  • Consumables: Used cleaning sponges, brushes, or items that cannot be resold for sanitary reasons.
  • Modified Goods: Any products customized or altered after purchase.
  • Hazardous Materials: Items containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Final Sale: Clearance items and Gift Cards.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

💳 Refunds & Exchanges

  • Exchanges: To get a different item quickly, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired product.
  • Refund Approval: Once our small team receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the status.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for our team to complete the inspection and processing.
  • Bank Delays: Note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
